Five years after completing the Ridgewood Swim Club I Study, programming was further investigated and major donation efforts were completed, allowing Ridgewood to be able to address the project as one which essentially created a new facility aside from renovating one of the original vessels.

New features included:

1. Pool House

2. Competition Pool

3. Diving Vessel

4. Children's Wading Pool

5. Parking Lot

6. Landscape

7. Stormwater Mangement

Barnett Architecture provided 1) overall master planning services; 2) architectural design for the pool house; 3) civil engineering and landscape architecture through consultants; and 4) Owner assistance during construction to the owner.

Ramaker provided pool engineering and final architectural construction documents. Findorff was the General Contractor.
